Registration

2026-2027 REGISTRATION – Opens February 2nd for current families and February 9th for new families.

Please be sure to read our Family Handbook under the Parent Resources (Tuition and Policies) tab before registering. Completion of the online registration holds the child’s spot in the program for one week or until registration requirements are uploaded to your Procare parent account. Requirements include: $100 registration fee (per student), most recent well-child report and immunization records, and a payment authorization form. KCS Pre-K students also must upload the 2026-2027 KCS application, dental records and a copy of a state birth certificate.

After completing the online registration form, parents new to the program will receive an email from Procare to sign up for a parent account where registration requirements can be uploaded under Documents. Current parents will upload documents to their current account. Registration fees can be paid via check to the preschool or using the checking account listed on the authorization form once it is uploaded to Procare. That form can be found under Additional Forms in the Registration dropdown menu. Registration fees are non-refundable unless there is no space for your child or you move out of area prior to July 1st.
